Lady Of The Wood

LYRICS
Lady Of The Wood,
Bless! May all be good

The imps, fairies and that mean ole’ troll
Are getting out-of-control

Not to mention the hue man
The human hue man

(As the human’s hue fades to black.)

ABOUT THE SONG
Chords — Db

There is an old myth about the Lady Of The Wood. One of the oldest religions in the United States was established by hermits in Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA. They believe God was similar to Mother Nature all called her Lady Of The Wood. When they felt it was their time to die, they would walk into the woods to be one with Her.

Much later, the concept was used as the character Galadriel in the Lord Of The Rings series.

Hue: Noun. 1) The attribute of a color by virtue of which it is discernible as red, green, etc., and which is dependent on its dominant wavelength. 2) A color or shade: “her face lost its golden hue”
