Trickle

Trickle (Part 11).mp3

LYRICS
A trickle is all it takes
For what that trickle makes
Is worth the wait
In gold
Nooo.. don’t wait
’till ya grow old

Let go
Let it flow
You’ll know
Friend
… not foe
The End

This song was inspired by reading Facebook posts about people’s pipes freezing up… while I was writing reggae music.

Pipes that have moving water through them will not freeze… if in doubt, just leave a trickle running ’till tomorrow. If your pipes do freeze, turn off the water at the source… for when they thaw… the cracks will, too… and you will pump water onto your floor. (ps real bummer… especially if you’re sleeping.) If you have a hot water heater, you need to keep an eye on the feed… since the hot water heater will fill up with water… there will not be moving water until the tank calls for more water. This can leave the cold water intake on the tank exposed to prolong cold.

When in doubt, apply the trickle theory to the love.

Written and recorded in West Chester, PA, USA.

From the album In one hEar, and out the other….
