Sat on Saturn

If you were to somehow sit on Saturn…
What would you learn?

[Verse]
Lately, I’ve been spacing out (far out)
Thinking about spacing out (far out)
Sitting on Saturn, what would I learn?

[Bridge]
I’m just sayin’
Would you like to weigh in

[Instrumental, Synthesizer Solo, Drum Fills]

[Chorus]
Dying trying to sit on Saturn
Would I start to notice
Some sort-of pattern
Dying, trying to have sat (on Saturn)
[Break]
Will I ever learn?

[Vocal Rap]
If I were to somehow sit on Saturn…
What would I learn?

[Instrumental, Sub-bass, Bass Solo]

[Verse]
I fear
Descending through the thick atmosphere
Under pressure, for sure
Can’t measure the temperature
I mean soooo extreme

[Bridge]
Crushed (Hushed)
Incinerated
That hurts
And they don’t even offer me a seat
That’s beat

Dying trying to sit on Saturn
[Break]
Will I ever learn?

[Outro]
Sat, learned

[End]

A NOTE ON SCIENCE
What would happen to me if I sat on Saturn?

If you were to somehow sit on Saturn, you’d experience a rather surreal and potentially deadly environment. Saturn is a gas giant, so it doesn’t have a solid surface like Earth. Instead, it’s composed mainly of hydrogen and helium gas, with swirling bands of clouds and intense storms.

If you were able to descend through Saturn’s thick atmosphere, you’d encounter increasing pressure and temperatures as you descended deeper. Eventually, the pressure and temperature would become so extreme that any human or spacecraft would be crushed and incinerated long before reaching any hypothetical solid core (if one exists).

So, while Saturn’s mesmerizing appearance from afar might seem inviting, getting too close would be a perilous endeavor indeed.
